Open the Harbour Store and tap Restore purchases. Items are tied to the store account that paid, and are re-granted automatically once verified.

Some payment methods take longer to clear. If a purchase shows as processing, your items appear as soon as the store confirms it — you are never charged twice.

Email support@example.com with your player name and, for purchase issues, the store receipt or order number. We aim to reply within two business days.

Data export and account deletion are self-service in Settings → Privacy.
