Terms of Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play Tidebrix. You may not cheat, tamper with the game or its network traffic, resell items, or attempt to gain currency you did not earn or buy.

Coins, gems and boosters are a limited licence to use digital content inside Tidebrix. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable between accounts.

Purchases are final except where refunds are required by law or granted by Apple or Google. Refunded or charged-back purchases have their items and entitlements removed.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the game, exploit bugs, or manipulate purchases or leaderboards.

We may update levels, prices, and features, and may retire the service with reasonable notice. To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided as-is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months.
